About the Event
Hello NALS Pals !! We hope you all enjoyed your holidays and are getting into the 2024 swing.
Attached is a Call to Meeting Notice (see full Call to Meeting Notice in the Members Only Section) for a membership meeting scheduled for Saturday, February 10, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held via Zoom. Zoom instructions will be sent to all members under separate cover by Councilmember Timothy Kelley as we get closer to the meeting date.
Most of what we would like to take care of are general housekeeping items, including review/approval of proposed changes to the Bylaws, proposed Operating Agreement, 2022-2023 final financials, and the 2023-2024 Budget. We would also like to touch briefly on a proposed Annual Meeting for the spring. Most importantly, we would like to discuss the need for more member involvement. Prior to our meeting, we would like to request you give some serious, heartful thought to joining Council and/or assisting the Councilmembers. Council is more than a three person job, for sure. We are hopeful a few will step up to provide the additional manpower needed to run our Association and provide additional state-wide collaboration.
