legal career as an active member of Grand Traverse Area
Legal Professionals (GTALP), NALS of Michigan, and
NALS...the association for legal professionals. Active

Leelanau County Prosecuting Attorney, Joseph E. Deegan.
After returning to school to update her computer skills,
Rosie was hired as a legal secretary in the Leelanau County
Prosecutor's Office. She eventually became a Deputy
Clerk in the Leelanau County Clerk's Office, where she
worked for several years. Rosie has also been a
Probate Court Juvenile Volunteer since the 1990s. In
2005, she was promoted to secretary for the Leelanau County
Office of Emergency Management/9-1-1.
