ARTICLE IV. DUES

Dues and fees for all classes of membership shall be established by this Association: Honorary members are not required to pay dues.

SECTION 1. Individual Dues. The annual dues for each individual member, associate and secondary members of this Association shall be $15 and shall be due on his/her anniversary date.

SECTION 2. Retired Dues. The annual dues for each retired member shall be $10 and shall be due on his/her anniversary date.

SECTION 3. Student Dues. The annual dues for each student member shall be $10 and shall be due on his/her anniversary date, along with verification of eligibility for student membership.

SECTION 4. Associate Dues. The annual dues for each associate member shall be $15 and shall be submitted to the Treasurer of this Association, along with verification of eligibility for associate membership.

SECTION 5. Secondary Member Dues. The annual dues for each secondary member of this Association shall be $15 and shall be submitted to the Treasurer of this Association, along with evidence of current membership.

SECTION 6. Payment of Dues and Privileges of Membership. Individual members, retired members, and student members shall submit dues as set by this Association, plus the annual dues for members as set forth in the standing rules of NALS, to NALS. Members who fail to pay their dues one (1) month after their anniversary date shall be considered delinquent and not entitled to the rights and privileges of membership and governors whose dues are delinquent will not be allowed to vote at any meeting.
